What is the Spring Nutrition Challenge?
The Spring Nutrition Challenge is a 4-week guided program designed to help you create sustainable habits around food, energy, and wellness. You’ll work 1-on-1 with your trainer outside of sessions to build a nutrition plan that fits your goals, without cutting out the foods you enjoy.
We focus on small, consistent steps. You’ll learn what works best for your body, feel supported every week, and build momentum that actually sticks.

How It Works
Step 1: Get Measured
We start with a quick InBody scan to measure body composition, hydration, and muscle mass — so you have a clear starting point.
Step 2: Build Your Plan
You’ll meet with your trainer outside of sessions to create a flexible nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle and goals.
Step 3: Weekly Check-Ins
Stay on track with weekly check-ins to adjust your plan, troubleshoot, and celebrate wins — big or small.
Step 4: Feel the Shift
By week four, you’ll feel more energized, more confident, and ready to keep going. It’s about small changes that stick.
