Book your First Step session by sending us a message using the form below. We will within one business day to get the ball rolling.

Speak Out.

During the in-person or virtual session, we want to hear from you! We’ll learn about your goals and exercise preferences, then share a bit about our process. We’ll end the session with a very brief movement session to give you a taste of what it’s like to work with us.

Work Out.

We don’t like sales pitches, so we won’t give you one. We’ll simply present you with our recommendation and give you space to consider what’s best for you. If you choose to move forward, we’ll get on with the plan as soon as you’re ready!
