Frequently asked questions.

I have never worked out at a gym before, but I am looking to start. What should I expect?

Congratulations, that is awesome! It is our mission to create a welcoming, open environment to ensure everyone feels confident and comfortable during their training session. Typically, there are around 5-6 people in the gym at one time. We do this to provide privacy and ample room for you and your trainer to work together. We are happy to show you around the studio prior to starting!

I just finished Physical Therapy (PT), can I workout with you?

Absolutely! We encourage you to join our CWC community following your Physical Therapy treatment. Our trainers can help continue your progress you had in PT, and further increase your strength and stability. Also, we are happy to work with your Physical Therapist so we have a deeper understanding of the care they provided and ask for any suggestions they may have for your workout plan.

I want to sign up, but I am nervous about training three times a week. Do you accommodate to this?

We do anything that suits the needs for our clients! On average, most of our clients workout with us twice a week. However, everyone is different! Some clients come once a week while others come three times a week. Whichever option is the best for you and your goals is the option that we suggest and encourage you to pick!

I am interested in having a home program in addition to coming in to work out. Is this possible?

You are in luck! Our trainers put in the work to create a plan that suits your needs at our studio AND for the days you are at home if you are interested. Just talk with your trainer that you are looking for a home program and they will be happy to create one for you.

Should I see a Physical Therapist or a Personal Trainer?

Physical Therapists (PTs) are Doctoral level clinicians who are movement specialist. They specialize in preventative care for athletic injuries, falls, arthritis, and so much more. They also work with individuals following an acute or chronic musculoskeletal injury, neurological condition, and/or cardiac condition who are looking to get back to their baseline function.

Personal trainers are experts in working out in a safe and effective manner. They are knowledgeable of various lifting techniques and have the ability to progress and regress any exercise. Trainers provide encouragement, coaching, and accountability to their clients. As a trainer, a big component of our job is to create a practical, purposeful, and productive workout plan that suits the needs of their clients.
