Join us for an engaging session designed to refine your lifting techniques and build a foundation for sustained progress no matter where you train. We’ll dive into essential lifting fundamentals, highlight common mistakes and myths about lifting, and demonstrate how small, consistent improvements can lead to significant gains.

This will be an interactive workshop. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in so you can practice what you learn so you feel confident implementing your skills once the workshop is completed! Whether you're a seasoned lifter or just starting out, this event will equip you with practical strategies to get 1% better every day.
