Dion Golatt Jr

Dion is a fitness and health enthusiast born and raised in the DMV area. He graduated from Morgan State University with a BS in Physical Education and a focus on Pre-Physical Therapy, and he also studied for an MA in Organizational Communications at Bowie State University. At Morgan State, Dion was a Dean’s List student and the starting quarterback for the D1 football team, where he learned the importance of teamwork, leadership, and communication.

Dion has played professionally in the NFL with the Baltimore Ravens and the Washington Commanders, giving him firsthand experience with the value of physical fitness and health at the highest levels.

He is passionate about being a resource to his community by using his education and experience to help people and organizations reach their fitness and wellness goals. Whether someone wants to get in better shape, improve sports performance, or create healthier habits to their everyday life, Dion is here to help. He is particularly focused on helping clients get back to their full potential in terms of health and well-being, as well as training athletes to reach their peak performance.

His approach includes creating personalized workout plans, offering nutritional advice, and providing motivational support. Dion believes fitness is about building both physical strength and mental resilience.
